I AM so excited to announce this collaboration between YOGA OCEAN and SAVU SAUNA, offering the life-enhancing energy of Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork with the exhilarating qualities & detoxing benefits of Heat & Cold Immersion.
We commence in June for some beautiful Deep Wintering experiences that will ground us into somatic embodiment, purify energy systems, uplift hearts, and cleanse and detox us mentally, physically, and emotionally.
