Workshops and Retreats

I am delighted to announce this collaboration with the beautiful and gifted Satyamo in the YOGA OCEAN space on Sunday, May 25th

This is a 5-hour Workshop, including a light lunch and refreshments, where we experience all of the most wonderful Yoga practises and learn to release the natural, joyful sound that is our unique energy frequency signature.

Toning, Harmony, and Song guided by Satyamo, investigating the Anatomy of Voice and how vibrational toning supports the nervous system, enlivens the body, qualifies Prana and frees the Spirit.

With guidance from Gemma to create freedom in the body, mind and spirit through Yoga Asana ( movement & posture), Intuitive Flow (dance), Pranayam (breathwork), Meditation (guided imagery), & Nada Yoga (the Yoga of sound).

It will be a wonderful celebration of light-hearted exploration and fun
