Prices for Group Yoga Sessions are as follows:

Individual sessions are $111/hr

Cancellation within 24 hrs ~ half full payment required. Within 12 hours Full Payment

Concession: $99/hr for Students, Pensioners, and Unemployed

Hire of Space: 30/hr. Discount @ 4hrs: $110, 5hrs: $150, 6hrs $165, 7hrs: $195 AND 8hrs: $220

Yoga Ocean will meet you where you are. At the gentle stream, where toes dip into well-known or unexplored emotion, where mental chatter, self-talk and subconscious thought patterns may swirl and ripple. As physical expression begins, softens or deepens, somatic experience and spiritual exploration expand. All is witnessed with compassion and appreciation for every individual journey with respect, dignity and love..

As you float and drift with a peaceful heart or when you feel lost and searching with anxiety and confusion, we offer safe anchorage. As you stretch mentally, physically and emotionally, perhaps discovering unresolved issues or quieting into stillness enough to hear the sacred drum of your heart, we stay steady with non-judgmental honouring.

We create space for a deep dive into shadow, honour and celebrate your individuality, share your joy and achievements, and hold space for you to find the sparkling brilliance that is the Elixir you are here to share with others.

I am a 'thalassophile', a lover of the ocean and all bodies of water, and perhaps even a 'hydrophile'. I spent several years travelling around Mother Earth, meeting beautiful Souls, experiencing amazing and beautiful places, wonderful opportunities and some very challenging situations. One of the main responsibilities and intentions in my journeying was to connect with the sentience of water on every continent and the oceans in between, from lakes, rivers, waterfalls, ice sheets, mountain streams, and snowflakes to dewdrops. I connected with, blessed, and was blessed by WATER

Water consciousness is my friend, ally, teacher and sanctuary.

Yoga and the ocean offer me freedom as I paint, work, play, rest, and anchor to its energy. I am restored and rejuvenated by all bodies of Water realising that I am indeed a Body of Water. I intend to imbue our space with the clearing, cleansing, fluid-flowing energy of panamuna, (the sea in Melukerdee language of the South East Nations of lutruwita/trouwunna/Tasmania).

LIVING WELL PROGRAM

YOGA OCEAN Is delighted to be involved with the 'Living Well ' program run by the Devonport City Council for the Winter Season 2025

This is a warm invitation to those new to Yoga and anyone who would like to practise simple techniques to release tension and stress in the Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Friday mornings, 9 am -10.15 am, commencing June 6th for 10 weeks. All equipment is supplied. BYO water bottle. Wear comfy clothing and arrive 15 minutes before to allow time for waiver signing & settling in.

I am so looking forward to this wonderful session and meeting everyone.
